All our rental properties are managed by local letting agents. Enquiries, viewings, referencing and tenancy agreements go through them rather than through us.
If you’ve been referred here by an agent, they remain your point of contact throughout the tenancy.
Your Rights as a Tenant
Since 1 May 2026, the Renters’ Rights Act has applied to most private tenancies in England. Section 21 no-fault evictions have been abolished, and tenancies now run as assured periodic tenancies with no fixed end date. You can end the tenancy with two months’ notice.
Your landlord or agent should have provided you with the government Information Sheet explaining these changes. If they haven’t, ask them for it.
